We first contacted Charlotte at Brand Remarkable in the summer of 2016 as we felt that it was time to introduce a Social Media Platform within our business but knowing that in doing so we needed to approach it in the correct way to achieve positive results.

Consequently, Charlotte manages all of our Social Networking for the Company and she has also been very proactive with ideas in moving the business forward with the aim to increase footfall – an essential part of any retail business.

Through Charlotte’s guidance we now also hold various in store activities throughout the year and which Brand Remarkable’s team promote and also host in store on our behalf. This enables us to concentrate on other matters within the business.
